You are allowed to make reductions to your order via the ticketing website. However, if you wish to cancel your order completely the ticketing company does not allow that. Please contact us if you need a total cancellation.
Full refunds are permitted up to 72 hours before the doors open.
No refunds are given for cancellations within 72 hours of the doors opening.
Should inclement weather occur, at BingoKnights discretion, we may either cancel or reschedule the event. A rescheduled event would reset the “doors open time” which would allow for refunds as described above.
